By accessing or using the Parcel Uncle platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all users, including merchants, individual customers, branch managers, riders, and any other parties interacting with our platform.
Parcel Uncle provides logistics and courier services including but not limited to:
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our platform. KYC verification may be required for certain account types.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, address inaccuracies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The sender is responsible for ensuring that parcels are properly packaged and labeled. Parcel Uncle reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not meet our packaging standards or contain prohibited items.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Pricing is determined by factors including distance, package weight, dimensions, and service type. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
For COD shipments, collected amounts will be remitted to the merchant's registered bank account within the agreed settlement cycle. Applicable service charges and GST will be deducted.
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment through our platform:
Parcel Uncle's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum coverage provided by the selected insurance plan, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Parcel Uncle platform are owned by Parcel Uncle PVT LTD. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Parcel Uncle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its discretion, including for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our platform. Users may also terminate their account by contacting our support team.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
